We don’t believe in complicating anything; especially when it comes to onboarding a new client-partner. That’s why B4R has developed and employs a “4 Easy Step” approach to the transition process. And here’s how it works…
Step 1: Initial Introduction
Completely understand your current processes and any customization that you may require to accommodate your needs. During this step, we will also let you know who your assigned controller will be.
Step 2: Planning
During this step, we will review with you our service package provided and go over a brief list of items/reports needed so that we have the necessary information to complete your transition.
Step 3: Console Introduction
We will introduce you to your customized cloud-based console (portal) that you will use for invoicing and selection of payments for weekly processing.
Step 4: Fine-Tuning
We will inspect and monitor your initial financial production results, and perform any modifications if we need to do so. Please know that ALL production work is ALWAYS closely reviewed, however, if any adjustments need to be made, we want to make sure that this is done as early as possible as part of your efficient transition.
